lorne does not live in Canada. He lives in Florida. Se. Arlen Spectre on "Meet the Press" today. Says that he sees the potential of this eavesdropping program becoming something really big. He brought out the distinction between national security and personal liberties. He said that if need be he is going to subpeona White House memos and Justice Deptt. memos. With every passing day it is becoming evident to a growing number of us that the neocons' ways goes against the essence of the American way. They are way out of the American mainstream.

I agree that Canada is no sanctuary and I sometimes think that we are a jump off point for those who wish harm to the USA and perhaps this is why we have so far avoided any 9/11 type disasters and of course we have no real military anymore to fight back with so we are not likely a big threat to radical islamist plans. And I do not enjoy the hell that successive liberal governments and liberal laws and thinkers have help create. Did you know that the Province of Ontario in Canada just this past summer avoided the use of shria islam law in Ontario? by only a few votes...this is on your doorstep. Bush is not the enemy of America...Radical islam is ....look at Europe and think.
