My oldest niece is marrying a young man who agrees with her that they can make a difference in the world by working in the Peace Corps or similar organizations. His parents seem to agree with him. She is still a level headed young woman who will probably be a soccer mom eventually.

I have not given her up as a lifelong liberal, but hold limited hope that she would ever learn enough to become a conservative.
