It is opinion BASED on fact. Observable facts. Bush's budget provides a clear picture of his intentions. Overspend on military, underspend on social programs. Turn the government into simply a police force and army; everything else is left up to the people. That is the neocon philosophy. The interesting thing is that more and more of those on the right are finally seeing the light. You can hear the sound of hoofbeats as his supporters rush to distance themselves from Bush and his Worst Ever Presidency.
