Bush's tax cuts are for suckers only, unless the recipient is rich. Even then, it is just another form of deficit spending which Bush has no plan to pay back. Just creating huge deficits and pushing it down the road for the next administrations to deal with. Reckless, irresponsible and deceptive. Especially when the average tax cut doesn't even offset 50% higher energy and health care costs.
