Bush was AWOL on the USS Cole. It happened shortly before he cheated to come into power, yet he never did a damn thing to complete the investigation Clinton started. In retrospect, CLinton, though not perfect and distracted by the Monica Lewinsky witchhunt, was far better at fighting Al Qaida than Bush has been. Osama Bin Lauden after all remains alive and well 5 years after 9-11. And we are quagmired in Iraq which had nothing to do with Al Qaida. Some "war on terror" huh?

I hope you understand why this happened. This guy is seen as a hero among Muslims. Its believed insiders......police and guards......helped him to escape. And his escape comes after the Yemen had reduced his jail sentence from I think 30 years to 15. Keeping up this meaningless shooting at Muslims like what's happening in Iraq encourages all Muslims to go to the other side. Little positive is accomplished. I do not understand why you hardliners don't get it. Its human nature to behave in this fashion.......you start to root for the underdog when there is a bully in the neighborhood. Calling AS a pervert is ridiculous. He is not at the crux of the problem.......you're shooting at the messenger, not the perpetrator.
