yep..us Olympics nuts keep track of each other! Can't wait for the downhill, that is so thrilling. Being an eastern skier, my deep competence is skiing on ice! World Champ Phil Mahre...he once said he would take ice over powder any day! You are going to have a great time, you are going to find miles of wide corduroy...are you taking your own gear or renting? If you take your own, be sure to rent some of the new technology skis, you absolutely will not believe how fantastic they are.
