Is it just me or do others have quote marks appear as questionmarks?

Snip from Russ's post as displayed on my screen (italics added by me)

??Everyone was anticipating getting in (a house) at any cost and then letting appreciation in the market handle it in the next year or two,? said John Arvanitis, in Citrus Heights. ?In theory, that?s great if appreciation stays at certain levels, but it?s not happening anymore.??

This happens to me all the time and in may places.
When I read Hussman I see "?" all over the place too.

With US Treasuries, are you worried about US$ weakness? How do you mitigate this risk. I suspect you have considered other currencies (eg Canadian government issues) but it appears that you have chosen US treasuries as your safe haven. Can you comment on this?

Gold would be another obvious choice, but as you point out, it may be another overextended leveraged asset play at this point.

Thanks,

Andy
