You underestimate their capacity for deceit. They will attack Iran and use the ensuing "war-time mood" to win the November elections on a massive propaganda wave. Six months is a short enough time for things not to get out of control and even if they do, things can always be swept under the carpet. At least some Democrats have complained that Dumbya attacked Iraq instead of the "real problem" which was Iran. The attack on Iran will leave them with nothing to say. With people like Hillary and Kerry vacillating on the Iraq war with their Republican Lite positions and the public mood still supporting the attack on Iran, the Democrats will be in a mess by November.
