Well I have a CWP and we can't carry into a bar here in WA and I would be loathe to support such an effort to make it legal. Drinking and driving don't mix and neither do guns and drinking.

That said, the bar owner or bartender could be armed since they're not drinking on the job and have a right to defend themselves, their patrons and property.

Brilliant analysis. Yes, let us take people with guns, put them in a situation where at least some will have their judgement impaired, and see what happens...

You know, there is a reason why it is illegal to carry a gun in a place where alcohol is served in most of the states.
