got it... three shorts Interesting that I read your post just after I sent a note to my readers about taking profits in my top position that was up 30% YTD and lookin toppy with an open gap down about 15% that might wanna fill. I only trade around core positions... but I'm watching your long/short strategy as something perhaps to try someday if I want to add to what works well for me. Also, the spiral can give clues on ideal profit taking places, but it doesn't always work for individual stocks that often trade on their own. K
