Don't blame you. I posted my notes of conversation I had on Friday over on IHub and you can see some of the pro/con arguments over there.

I'm sticking with it. If it were a scam, it would have been a lot easier to just dilute, dump and then announce r/s. That's the way the scams do it.

Instead, they are saying the sum of the new merged parts will be much greater. Of course, it could be BS, but why bother announcing in advance and getting the flippers. Would have been easier for them to just dump with the rise this morning.

If they handle the r/s the way SPRU-to-SPRL did, it could be a good thing, and that's the way it appears they will handle it..:

Ammerman further explained that this authorization has been done in anticipation of a future reverse stock split, which will be announced well in advance and according to the best interests of all shareholders

Might be an opportunity here just before the consolidation.
