I don't know what this refers to, but every financial institution in the US is required by law to allow you to direct access your funds to buy at auction via the Treasury Direct mechanism. However, you will have to set this up yourself through Treasury Direct, and provide our institution's routing number and your checking and saving account number. For example, listing your TD Waterhouse brokerage account # won't work, your checking account # with Waterhouse would.
