You surely aren't going to bring 130,000 troops and suppliers in there, are you? It would make more sense then putting them 2 countries away and hoping Bin Laden would come to them. I'm not sure bombing the mountains would be effective, but putting some troops forward, building a road & outpost, then using that to move the troops forward again could work. They could probably have moved clear across Afganistan and Kashmir by this time at half the cost in treasure and lives. TP
