Yes, and who knows where's it going. This is so out of hand, that's why I think the most important function blog writers, (or guys like you who can get on Cspan or radio shows) need to perform is to warn people to check out what they hold, check their income and money fund holdings, etc. There is an incredible amount of rather terrifying high risk, moral hazard yield chasing behavior being masked as "safe", or "conservative", or "government backed."
