You presently value yourself by the $$$ that you have, does that mean, should an inflation such as that in Danzig in 1921 occur that you suddenly become valueless?

I guess stock investors in 1929 sudden considered themselves worthless when they jumped out of Wall Street windows.

Personally I value myself and my wife and my two sons for far more than the $$$ in their bank accounts, or their future earnings, were my wife to have no future earning prospects, I would not value her any less. I might however not be willing to expend all I have to extend my own life, wishing to have something to leave to help her with.
