You only explicitly put down the American Spectator's credibility.

The fact that you replied to a post that had links to other conservative sources but NOT to the American Spectator made me think you where applying the idea more generally.

Brock admittedly lied for the Spectator in his writings.
This was by his own admission.


Once he admitted to such extensive lying his credibility is shot, even the credibility about the details included in the admission. I would certainly not accept any of his old writings as evidence but I wouldn't accept his more recent statements either. If he makes an argument, the argument can be treated separately from the person. If he states fact by citing a source you can check the source. But if he is the source for a specific claim of non-obvious fact than I have to consider the factual claim unsubstantiated.
