Right-o but Congress, both parties at this point, are letting him do it. Ditto the Media. Ditto about half of the American public. I think we've become a fearful, fear mongering country under Bush. He continues to make fear his message and, I believe, many Americans are living under the stress and anxiety of this Bush-made fear. Can you imagine what we could achieve as a country, or as a species, if we knocked this kind of stuff off? Instead of demolishing Iraq and maybe Iran, we could have 100% basic healthcare coverage or 100% basic college tuition. We could rebuild NO and parts of Florida and maybe figure out how to become energy independent during our lifetimes. We could do so much with the half trillion spent on a war without end and without need. It's very, very sad.
