Exactly. At expiry date warrants equal stock price minus strike price.

Could be zero...

I was watching the NGX warrants trade for a while today. Nothing is ever certain, but it looked to me like some money is positioning itself for a positive return.

Regarding discussion about expiring NGX.wts, I confess I sold mine months ago because I chose not to face the gamble of increasing gamma.

I think the future of the gamble may depend on the outcome of the Kemess North project. But there is another project that depends on the same outcome. To me it presents a longer term option. I quote from the last MD&A of DSR, which is a stock you know.

"Finally, shareholders will recall that we sold the Sustut Copper deposit to Northgate Minerals Corporation for $500,000, events-driven payments of a further $1,205,000, and a royalty on production. It is now clear that a production decision at Sustut is dependent on a production decision being made in respect of Northgate’s Kemess North project. The Sustut sale to Northgate provides for the property to be returned to Doublestar if a production decision has not been made by December 31, 2006"

It may not be a warrant, but it sure serves the same purpose for me. If Kemess North goes ahead my bet is that the performance of DSR will exceed that of the warrants. If it doesn't, DSR has other prospects.
