You really must see Waking Life (many times). By Richard Linklater who made the Before Sunrise and Sunsets film, and the original slackers, and another really good film called Tape. Also made Dazed and Confused, which I didn't care for.

The Aristocrats also is somewhat of a must see.

The Chloe & Vincent movie is the most problematic (well maybe with the exception of Irreversible). Vincent Gallo has got to be the most obnoxious actor ever and this film is not easy, especially if you hold Chloe Sevigney in any respect, but hey, I thought you guys were looking for off-beat
