CEXI - .89/.91 Former symbol was CDEX. This is now an OTC BB stock. They have some interesting products in the pipeline, but also disturbing is the SEC Form S-8s and the Form SB-2's issued in the past year. However, the number of shares outstanding is still reasonable.

From the most recent 10K: The number of shares outstanding of the issuer's common stock as of January 24,
2006 was 35,868,128 shares.
