<Washington really was ahead of things there wasnt he...back to tthe future, part three> You're mistake is thinking "Washington" needs to be ahead of anything. How can a "process" be ahead of the process? Many seem to be in denial about the way the entire world, indeed nature itself works. Look at a child... he/she walks, bumps into walls, learns not to hit walls. Constantly yelling 'watch out for walls' doesn't lead to nirvana... it leads to a miserable (and wasted) life. DAK
