I'm not sure why it should be dangerous. The worst that can happen is that someone will describe, with incontestable logic, the error in my reasoning ... and that would be a boon, for it would open corridors of thought I've missed. Objective criticism (as opposed to mindless argument) is a blessing. It's just hard to find.

I've copied The Tragedy of the Commons essay by Garrett Hardin and will read it. I can't comment now because I think complex ideas require digestion.

Thanks for your comments on electronics. That I can't find a direct relationship between them and The Citizenship Tax is undoubtedly a manifestation of my limited grasp. I do think, though, that the field of psychology is also familiar with the phenomenon of feedback. In any case, I've copied the four elements of Feedback Loop Control System. They may be helpful.
