Puzzled---------how does one classify. Are they referring to European Americans as Americans of European ancestry from the early settling of America.

Are they referring to European Americans as being inclusive of anyone who came from Europe regardless of the century and regardless of racial background.

Saw this article on Yahoo and found it ambiguous. The writer
needs to go back and give the statistical study and facts.
