Halliburton is one big corporate scandal and since it's Cheney's company it's also a White House and GOP political scandal. Why the GOP tolerates this kind of out-front open corruption is beyond me. It's outrageous, especially since Halliburton never has to bid for any of their huge fat contracts like most companies do.
