DJ FCC Hitting The Road To See Tech Demonstrations In Texas . WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin Martin and his fellow commissioners will hit the road Thursday, when they begin a two-day tour focusing on evolving communications technologies. The trip will take them to Irving, Texas, for a look at the newly formed AT&T Inc.'s (T) IP-video technology and to Carrollton, Texas, for a demonstration of Verizon Communications Inc.'s (VZ) fiber-to-home technology.
