I've heard some here tell me that they ... "Never" Draw a Trendline through .. They use only the High and Low. But I almost always Draw through the Shadows. Like this. investopedia.com Saavy .. when you use the Line Chart ... It Represents the Close ... Similar to a Candle Body. Then you take it one Step Further to the Weekly .. Which is Only the Weekly Close .. in many occasions to weed out the Static. Thoughts? Guidance? Lines in the Sand ?? That URL came from here. investopedia.com
