It has nothing to do with logic, it's a "sect thing". Bush can do anything contrary to real Christian values, and Ten will drink the kool-aid. I guess you have to look at the situation today in the world and have the courage to admit that you were wrong...that courage seems to be trumped by the religion thing in these folks. I don't want a socialist country...I want a country that is respected, behaves ethically, takes care of its citizens but in a way that incents them to take care of themselves, strikes a balance between the needs of the citizenry and those of business, that does not compromise itself for the sake of material gain, one that works as an equal partner among nations rather than an arrogant bully, one that lives within its means...oh, what's the point?
