Aw, shucks. I was jest tryin' to introduce a l'il smile. Not one of them emoticon things, the kind that starts inside you. Anyway, the reason it ain't worth discussing is that there's no way it would ever be enacted by the kind of folks that represent us in Washington. We could probably get a tax on income per U. S. employee (to discourage the export of jobs) more easily. That's why my primary interest is in finding a way to select better representative. Not findin' much encouragement on that topic, either, though. Such is life. Fred
