Well, looking at the link you posted, it appears to be a partisan and unpleasant right-wing forum, with no common threads except perhaps xenophobia and an abusive mockery of liberals. So when you ask e, When they show up how will you rationalize your position, one might guess that you're asking her how she'll fare when such people are on her doorstep; in any case, coupled with that site it's a threatening, unpleasant comment and makes her response seem far more polite than you deserve. You may wish to apologise to her for this? There is an interesting stance from one of the main posters (an author on the site?) on fascism and its protection of Jews. There's just a lot of mythology out there about how various countries behaved during the war. People forget that Fascist Italy and Franco's Spain were arguably the best Jewish safe-havens in Europe (in Italy, that is, until 1943 when the Nazis took over). Yet it doesn't see the point of why these countries were 'safer', i.e. they were the ones not invaded by the Nazis. So they're safer because they were allied to the vile monstrosities committing genocide. I'd say this intellectual highlight sums up what we might expect from that source.
