Tim, apologies, you're quite right on the link! johnlewispartnership.co.uk for an example where the workers automatically own the company. Communalism, capitalism or even communism... but the result is a company with very high standards, by all accounts good to work for, and less 'aggressive' than common quoted companies. It is mandatory in this company - but of course no one is forced either to work or shop there. To me, this probably is at least along the lines of TP is advocating and certainly seems a very admirable company. I think it would get through his tax rules, too. But I don't care for a debate on that.
