That is a totally bogus breakdown.

First, SS has its own budget, so its not included in Bush's budget. Bush includes SS to make his budget look better.

Second, the interest on the debt will be about $450 Billion in fiscal 2007. With a budget of $2.2 Trillion (excluding SS), that puts interest payments over 20% - not the bogus 9%.

Its amazing how they try to lie with numbers.
