Hello shades, as to <<Will asia boy build all these new subs?>>

... the answer is not yet clear, but the trend is quite apparent sinodefence.com

Should it happen, the cost would be at Global Standard Manufacturing Cost, namely the China Price, which one would expect to be very much more value oriented than what these guys americanshipbuilding.com can offer.

The boyz over on this side of the pond have some very innovative and out-of-the-box ideas janes.com about how to deal with large surface fleets on any and all opposing sides, and these solutions will likely be deployed at the the Global Standard Manufacturing Cost, namely the China Price. Just imagine, the ability to take out entire surface fleets in the blue water while the ships are moving, simultaneously, all around a whole lot of 2500 km radius of kill zone, centered by any submarine with the proper fixtures, ballistically, out of the blue sky, impervious to gatling gun air defense, however fast.

I will bet there could be quite an export market for these toys, inexpensively purchased, easy to maintain, and quite frankly, cause for second, third and fourth thoughts.
