yakc -- yeah I found out after the fact about the ceo's past shenanigans. All wasn't wasted as this je2006 was a good lesson for me. Looking through my other positions, I think the first adjustment I will make next year is start looking around institutional tax loss time which seems to start around Oct with momentum carrying to mid-Dec. It was slim pickings (you did fantastic considering) by the time I looked at it in late Dec. I just glanced at the charts of some of the diverse list I keep my eye on (good businesses, balance sheets) and almost all bounced around that earlier time frame. But then this could have been an unusual set up with the hurricanes and energy impact and rebound.
