Ramsey, I have bought from Tulving a dozen times. They are honest, fast, and have the cheapest markup on gold I've found. I know several other SI posters who agree.

Ramsey, just take another trip to HK, have another drink with my buddies and I, rent HSBC safe box, open HSBC wrap a/c with internet-enabled gold trading functionality, and load hard-to-heft physical gold from HSBC subsidiary Heng Seng Bank into safe, and top-up easily traded paper certificate gold via HSBC wrap a/c

This way, you get to trade gold, and you will not be unseated easily off of the gold bull's back.

No VAT, and no Cap Gains, just the pure 999 essence of ownership, control, and distilled joy of keeping for the smaller good.
