The democrats have looked like whiney losers... They need to stop focusing on the republicans and start offering their own viable alternatives and solutions. The American public is sick and tired of all the stupid partisan bickering.

Some Democrats Are Sensing Missed Opportunities

I don't know what to say to this article. If Bayh of Indiana is typical of where the middle is in this country, then I am fairly left and Z is probably far left. I don't think the argument that works for us will work for people who are where Bayh is.

In addition, most pundits say Americans are concerned about national security. I'm not. I don't want us to let our guard done but that's not what drives me.

So how do you create a party platform around such a mess. I think the political spectrum of the current GOP is much narrower....with more moderate Republicans like you left to the independents. Funny, I use to think of myself as an independent.

I think its easier for the GOP to get a consensus. Their leaders are always very clear.......Bush, Delay, Frist. With Dems, I never know who the real leader is.

Do you not agree?
