Peter, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you did make a serious boo boo. Nobody can tell a drunk what is good for him. That causes a spark of offense, that grows to a raging fire. That is not your fault, but one of the side effects of bottle fatigue. They have crawled into that bottle of booze, and resent anyone else that appears to raid that inner sanctum.

If I had your lifestyle, and attitude 17 years ago, I would be counting on making it to 100. If you ever had a bad habit, I believe you have caught it in time for the body to repair itself.

That's good. I hate to see a good man go down.
