Why didn't Bush ask Congress to change the law? Bush told Congress what he was doing, and what his understanding of the law was. Daschle was informed throughout, and others. This matter is being debated, yet most folks see Bush doing the right thing, even folks who are against the war in Iraq. Go figure, eh? You'd better, because you seem behind the curve of known reality with your questions. Do I seem frustrated now?
