Hi Mike, LIZ has been on the fringe of my watchlist for several years but have never purchased and generally have rejected whenever I looked at it. Downside seems limited, but long term upside doesn't excite me either. I don't have alot negative to say other than I've always liked other stocks better. I guess the main thing is I see a stock with potential for around 10-12% growth over the longer term and I like to give myself more upside than that. Downside does seem small though. Shane
