Peter, As you say, the evidence of fraud is buried deep in the massive spider web of accounting procedures. It is a shame that these thieves seem to only get a slap on the hand when convicted of the offense. The courts seem to forget the investors, and employees with their families, that are ruined by the money grab of management.
