Given the lack of buzz surrounding CKG, I don't think it is capable of a break-away anything. My concern is the lack of interest from money in the sector will ultimately lead to a take-under, not a buyout at any kind of premium. Maybe the buzz will build over the next few years, but that is an eternity for traders -- many fortunes will be made and lost over that time period.
