(POL.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday named Stephen Newlin chairman, president and chief executive officer, effective Feb. 21. The company said Newlin takes over the CEO position from Chairman William Patient, who has been serving as CEO and who will now move into the newly created position of lead director of the board. Newlin has been with Ecolab Inc. (ECL.N: Quote, Profile, Research) since 2003, PolyOne said in a news release.
