Z, You don't think Kerry would've been in Afghanistan? Oh he definitely would have gone into Afghanistan, given that the American public wanted exactly that. Of course, when the press focuses in on every casualty in Afghanistan (instead of Iraq like they are now), Kerry would probably bow easily to the pressure to pull out.
