Many, Those reality shows pit one, or more, humans against each other, no holds barred. That is not what we want our children to emulate when they grow up. As for the adults that compete, they are motivated by the money they might win. Such a display of greed is not good for any part of the world. If they want to eat bugs, that is their business, but I will never understand that. Maybe they are real, but Hollywood has a way to turn gelatin into the slimiest bug you ever want to see.
