Cartonet,
the development part alone (Russia) is worth C$16. We don't know much about their IRAQ projects yet and what they have in mind for their African plays. Also they are producing 500-1000boepd inside Africa plus they are pursuing an interesting mid-stream operation in Kazakhstan..
