<but it's full of crap
(for new mexico real estate anyways)>

You didn't read the fine print carefully - it said for adobe houses, the market fluctuates every day with swings up to $50k.

I'm wondering what makes it accurate in some regions and not in others. My area is a high turnover region although it has slowed its rate of increase last year...and the graphs accurately reflect that. I went back and checked 5 houses that have sold (and I knew the owners) in the past year and they all were spot on.

Maybe its something in their algorithms that squews the numbers in some regions where there is low turnover of inventory and defaults to some percentage increase over the tax valuation number in relation to broader surrounding markets....just guessing

I hope can arbitrage this app to your advantage and become the ZILLIONATOR.
