Clinton performed better than any recent president, especially on the economy, As a self proclaimed genius, perhaps if you'd spent a little more time studying in school instead of snorting coke with the Kennedy Kidz, you'd be aware of the fact that CONGRESS, not the PRESIDENT, is responsible for taxing and spending. And if you were a little bit more aware, you would know that the president makes up the federal budget, proposes it to Congress and expects his party to support the major elements in that budget.
