As a historian you are correct but as someone looking to solve a current events question you are dead wrong because history has no begin dates or end dates. We have 5 thousand years to go back over. The reality on the ground--- post WW2, post holocaust, post arab/pal nazi sympathys is what led to the UN partition. It may not have been fair but neither was the relocations in europe of germans or the india/pak partition and so on. The one thing that all had in common was that they were all part of the the WW2 peace. Sorry Mike--you are right but you are still wrong. By the way Tiger in Dubai is 2 for 2.
