What is significant that inn BUsh's revelation today about a foiled attempt of a terrorist plot to fly planes into the tallest LA building, I did not see anybody from Iraq or Saddam's regime being implicated. Shicking when Bush has in the past claimed that Saddam had links to Al Qeada who masterminded the plot.

Another significant thing is that this plot was not foiled due to domestic surveillance but instead it was done by the co-operation of nations worldwide. So it goes to show clearly that domestic surveillance is not a tool to combat terrorism. Besides, Clinton foiled two plots, one in Seattle and another one in LA. Both these were not due to domestic surveillance either.

I hope the American public sees this. Bush on the wrong track, out in left field again on the war on terror. I/r a trillion dollars of US taxpayers' money spent and what did he get. Close to 2500 dead US soldiers and a larger number of US soldiers injured and maimed for life while Osama and Zawahiri continue to carry on their activities unabated.
