Bush's deficit spending is not "investments" of any kind. It is giveaways, un-necessary war costs, tax breaks to the rich and the cost of gouging by Bush cronies in the energy and drug businesses. This is all the old trickle-down economy on steroids. Give all the money to the people at the top then hope it trickles down, while also over-spending on every level with no repayment plan whgatsoever. Gross negligence we will all be paying for for many years.
