Perfect example of what happens when you are the best in the market but very little brand leverage. That highlights the difference between best technology and best brand. Best brand trumps technology in almost every way. Any Marketing Director would take brand awareness and leverage over best technology because they under stand the leverage aspect. Alta Vista may have even been able to get there if they had wanted more than a quick buck ..... Tj
